Deaf Pastoral Team Leaders (PTL):     

        At Faith Baptist Deaf Mission, we believe that every member of our congregation is called to be a minister.  However, some of these ministers have received a special calling and have been specially trained, and they minister full-time, and sometimes more than that. We believe every member of Faith Baptist Deaf Mission can be served on the PTL at least two (2) years appointed by the Pastor along with God's will. I would choose a person's name and give their name to the Lord for His approval from 3 to 7 days before I ask them to be on the team leader.  This way I will know that it is God's call for each person to be on the team.  Please pray for my PTL as they do their very best to serve Faith Baptist Deaf Mission congregation and the Lord!    Thank You for your support and reading this website!
